Nominations and Voting Regulations
VCAN Awards
Eligibility:
- Member of VCAN in good standing. Good standing shall be defined as being current on any and all dues and fees.
- Anyone can nominate for an award (members or non-members).
- Current Board Members are not eligible.
Voting Regulations:
All nominations that have been submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the VCAN board. If the board believes the nomination should be for a different category, they may select a better suited category. This decision will be based on the strength of the nomination and in some cases the number of nominations.
Award Prizes:
- Free VCAN membership for one year
- Plaque to recognize award
