Presentation Abstract: The class will address the proliferation of “Ghost Guns” – AKA “Privately Made Firearms” (PMFs) and the impact thus far. The background of the PMF issue will be discussed, along with current trends, the legislative (state & federal) & industry response, 3D printed firearms, machine gun conversion devices, and what the future seems to hold in terms of addressing these unique challenges to public safety.
