These are all valid questions worth discussing. So let’s talk about this! This webinar will provide insight into how the Culpeper Police Department created its Real-Time Crime and Information Center (RTCIC), how it operates, the successes and learning curves we’ve experienced, and resources to help a smaller jurisdiction be effective.
