Congratulations to Barbara Scott – Newest Certified Law Enforcement Analyst!

Congrats to Barbara Scott with Arlington County Police Department who just became the latest Certified Law Enforcement Analyst (CLEA) through  the International Association of Crime Analysts! For those that don’t know this is a huge accomplishment and with Barbara’s certification Virginia now has 9 CLEA recipients, the most of any state!
