VCAN Announces the Launch of our New Website

The Virginia Crime Analysis Network is pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website! We decided to officially announce the launch on March 11, 2016 in conjunction with our Spring Symposium held in Richmond Virginia, where our members will get an introduction to new features. We are so happy to be able to provide this improved and highly functional site to our members, law enforcement professionals, crime and intelligence analysts, students pursuing careers in the criminal justice and analysis fields, and corporate and non-profit law enforcement partners.

DAY Vision Marketing based in Allentown, PA designed and developed the new website. DAY Vision was awarded the development contract after being selected through our RFP bid process initiated in July 2015. “We're so excited about the new site; it's amazing!” reports Jessica LeBlanc, President of VCAN. “DAY Vision Marketing exceeded our expectations - both throughout the process and with the final product. We couldn’t be happier with our vendor selection for this project.”

Our goal was to provide our visitors a clean and easy to use website allowing visitors to explore the benefits of the organization and learn about crime analysis definitions, training, and job announcements. For members, this is their go-to for networking, resources, training and events, and a repository of work product and best practice examples.

Our administrators and board members will experience improved communication and content management options, which will allow us to easily update our content with helpful information, articles, blogs, and announcements.

We would like to thank the DAY Vision Marketing team for their dedication to getting this right for our organization!
