    I understand that the deadline for cancellations is Wednesday, March 29th, 2023. If I cancel my registration after this time or fail to attend without notice, I will be responsible for a $15 cancellation fee. I understand that i will not be permitted to register for additional VCAN-sponsored training until this cancellation fee is paid.

    I understand that if I violate policy on 2 occasions during the same calendar year I will not be permitted to register for additional VCAN-sponsored training during the same calendar year.

    There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. INITIAL BELOW.
