Has anyone done a staffing study or workload analysis that they’d be willing to share? Looking to get a feel for what other agencies have done to assess number of officers needed and to take a look at workload based on number of calls for service, time spent on CFS, time spent on discretionary activities, etc. Anything would help here (personal experiences, documentation, etc.).
